Short and long tours to this region is available from Mwanza with the shortest being a day visit being a day tour and longer safaris involving two or three nights stay at luxury lodges in this park with is the scene of the annual migration of the wildebeest, an unforgettable sight of hundreds of thousands of wildebeest migrating to the north to more permanent water sources in the Maasai Mara in Kenya.
